Clean rooms, ample space for parking, nice and helping staff

I liked how quick the check in and check out process was. The staff was kind and the room was clean. There were a few things that were a little concerning but overall the bed was somewhat comfortable and the air conditioner worked well.
Nothing in special. Was like stay in a HOSTEL and not in a HOTEL. Reasonable cleaning

The manager/owner Paul was very rude to us , they lied to us and to booking.com, they said that they don't rent to anybody local or in Orlando and when they were questioned by booking.com they lied and said it was a credit card issue. What I don't get is last month August we went in with the debit and a debit this month and cash both times. Don't know what caused this man to back through to my husband and me for no apparent reason. We are retired disabled individuals and that was uncalled for he should be fired or get another job. If he's the owner he's not going to last too much longer he's probably struggling. He's got a messed up attitude. I will not recommend anyone staying here that's from Orlando or local cuz he's very rude or anywhere for that matter.
There was luggage cart
Simple, quiet, nothing fancy but has everything you need for a short stay. Room smells fresh every time you come in.
It was better than I expected at first. I was happy to see that every thing was neat and organized. And it was near a a 7-11 and a McDonald's.
Clean, comfortable room, a couple of restaurants in easy walking distance, not far from I-4
